Due to current circumstances, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a secure location whenever feasible. Alternatively, you have the option to request a signature on delivery. In cases where the address is unattended, a notice will be left with instructions for pickup at a nearby Post Office. At the Post Office, the goods will require a signature from someone who can prove they reside at the delivery address or have authorisation to receive the package.

Cracked Soda uses Australia Post as our delivery partner. Your estimated delivery timing will depend on your delivery address and how far away it is from our warehouse.

We recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, such as a work address. If no-one is home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left if there is a safe place to do so. If no safe spot is available to leave the parcel, such as apartment blocks, your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for pickup. You should receive an email from Australia Post to let you know which Post Office you can collect your parcel from. If you include your mobile number at the checkout, you may also receive delivery updates via SMS as well as email.

Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.

Cracked Soda is passionate about ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on our website, you are entitled to a store credit within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Once we receive your request we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

In Order to qualify for a store credit please make sure that you have the below information

• Proof of purchase provided (invoice or order number)
• Email associated with the order
• Tags are still attached
• Items are in original, undamaged packaging
• Items are in their original and unworn condition

We may refuse returns of items where this has not been done. This policy applies to Cracked Soda customers only. Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please allow up to 14 days from date of return, for your return to be processed. 

Once your store credit has been approved and processed, an email will be sent to you with the credit amount and instructions on how to use it when you are ready. Our store credits remain valid for three years from the processing date.

Once your order has been received by our warehouse, you cannot cancel it. If you have made a mistake on an order, contact us ASAP and we will try to stop the order and refund you. We cannot guarantee that this can be done in time. You will need to return the unwanted items to Cracked Soda. Cracked Soda reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if a product is no longer available. You will not be charged for unshipped items in this case.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item in your web order shop, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise for a replacement to be sent.
