I haven't received my tracking number. What now?
Sometimes, your tracking email may end up in your junk or spam folder, so be sure to check there. Also, double-check that you're looking at the correct email address you used when placing the order. What should I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and email us at hello@crackedsoda.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

When will a specific item be restocked?
If you’d like to be among the first to know when a specific item and size are restocked, simply click on the item and size, then select the option to notify me when available. Unfortunately, not all products are restocked, but we consistently release new styles and colors.

Sometimes, an item in your order might be out of stock. We will make every effort to reach out to you so that you can choose an alternative option. However, during busy periods or if alternatives are unavailable, we may need to issue a refund without prior notice. Exchanges and Returns
Do you offer exchanges?
Cracked Soda is dedicated to making sure you are entirely happy with your purchase. If you decide to change your mind about an item bought on our website, you can receive a store credit or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a store credit or an exchange, please ensure the following :

Items are in their original condition, unworn and undamaged packaging
If we receive your return and it does not meet these conditions, we may refuse your return, and you could incur delivery costs to send the items back to you along with a potential fee.
