What size should I order?
For the true cracked soda look we recommend sizing up in our tops, as they tend to run smaller and this ensures a comfortable fit. Conversely, our bottoms are generally true to size, so selecting your usual size should provide an ideal fit.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary between 5-15 days depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@crackedsoda.com.au as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to update your shipping information.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our processing time is 1-5 business days plus the selected shipping time. During sale periods, processing may take 2 weeks. For detailed information, refer to our shipping page.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times range from 3-5 days within Australia and 5-15 days for international orders, depending on location and customs. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in VIC. Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties on international shipments.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, we offer click and collect at our Werribee store.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. If you encounter issues with tracking, email us at hello@crackedsoda.com.au.
I haven't received my tracking number. What now?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us via our contact page here.
What should I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and email us at hello@crackedsoda.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Exchanges and Returns
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if you change your mind about an item purchased on our website, you are entitled to a store credit within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Providing they meet our requirements,

How can I return my items?
Email hello@crackedsoda.com.au to request a return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive your request we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
In Order to qualify for a store credit please make sure that you have the below information
- Proof of purchase provided (invoice or order number)
- Email associated with the order
- Tags are still attached
- Items are in original, undamaged packaging
- Items are in their original and unworn condition
Can I return items bought online?
Yes, we accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing within 30 days of purchase, provided tags are still attached. Items can be returned for store credit.
Stockist Items
Items purchased from Cracked Soda stockists must be returned to the original store. We cannot process returns on behalf of stockists.
Exchanging in store
If you have made an online purchase and want to exchange it in-store, you can do so by ensuring it meets the following requirements:

- Email associated with the order
- Tags are still attached
- Items are in original, undamaged packaging
- Items are in their original and unworn condition
Please note that our stores may not carry all items available online. However, you have the option to receive a store credit or exchange for another item in-store.
Product Care
How do I take care of my new items?
Most items are machine washable except for tutu dresses, which should be hand washed for best care.Always read the care tag before washing. It contains tailored care instructions for each specific item, helping them maintain their quality and appearance.
