Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping within Australia costs $11.99, with estimated delivery times of 2-4 business days for VIC and 3-5 days for all other states.

International Shipping
International shipping is available, and rates vary by country. For the most accurate prices, please enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days.

Authority to leave
Given the current circumstances, if the delivery address is unoccupied, Australia Post will assess whether there is a safe location to leave the package. If they determine that no safe spot is available, a notice will be left or a email sent with instructions for collecting it at a nearby Post Office.
At the Post Office, the items will need to be signed for by someone who can verify their residence at the delivery address or has authorization to collect the package. Alternatively, if you prefer not to risk having your parcel left unattended at home, please email us to arrange for a signature upon delivery.

Unfortunately, once the parcel is placed in a safe location, it is beyond our control if it is subsequently stolen.
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes, an item in your order might be out of stock. We will make every effort to reach out to you so that you can choose an alternative option. However, during busy periods or if alternatives are unavailable, we may need to issue a refund without prior notice. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed, and we will do our best to contact you beforehand whenever possible.
Returns Policy & Process
Cracked Soda is dedicated to making sure you are entirely happy with your purchase. If you decide to change your mind about an item bought on our website, you can receive a store credit or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a store credit or an exchange, please ensure you have the following information:
  • Proof of purchase, including your order number
  • Tags still attached to the items
  • Items are in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged packaging

Return Management
Once your return has been shipped, please allow up to 14 days from the return date for processing. Be sure to retain your tracking information to monitor the progress.

Once your store credit or exchange is approved and processed, you will receive an email with details about the exchange, including updated tracking or the credit amount along with instructions on how to use it when you're ready. Please note that our store credits are valid for three years from the processing date.
Cancellations
After your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you've made an error with your order, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to amend it. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes in time. For change of mind, be sure to follow the steps to return the items for store credit or an exchange once they are received.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare instance that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item in your order, please reach out to us promptly so we can resolve the issue for you! For any missing items or damages upon arrival, we ask that you notify us within the first three days of receiving your package.
